Prior to booking an appointment, we ask that you read ALL the information and policies below to ensure you are appropriately informed.
TERMS & POLICIES
TATTOOS: WE DO NOT CHARGE BY THE HOUR. WE CHARGE BY THE DESIGN/TATTOO PIECE.
The minimum cost to book a tiny tattoo appointment is $100. Rates are subject to change and may increase based on design complexity, size, and color.
Please send a text to 925-960-5994 to let Felicia know what type of design you are looking to get. We like to design and collaborate with you on the design a week ahead of the appt and finalize the design the day before your appt so we can get straight to tattooing when you come in for the appt.
We discuss and confirm the timeline, pricing expectations, and the tattoo design before coming into your appointment to avoid any issues. This also gives you ample time to edit the drawing/confirm fonts and be sure of your tattoo design before our appointment.
BOOKING FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 booking fee is required to secure your initial appointment. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, it will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. This amount will be credited toward your total.
PAYMENT: Your remaining balance will be due at the start of your appointment in CASH, not Venmo or Zelle.
RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment via the confirmation email you received up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to your appointment, or your booking fee will be forfeited. You are allowed to reschedule only once.
CANCELLATIONS: We kindly ask if you are not going to make your appointment, please extend the courtesy of texting or emailing to let us know. If you decide to cancel, this will result in your forfeiture of your booking fee.
LATE POLICY: Due to our tightly packed schedule, we ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. *Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.
NO-SHOWS: We will charge the full amount of the appointment if a client does not show up without notice.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by our insurance and may be posted on our social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc. for marketing/advertising purposes.
